Check How Many SIMs Are Issued on Your Iqama - Step-by-Step Guide
Many
people don’t even know that extra SIMs are issued on their Iqama.
If someone misuses that SIM, you can get into serious trouble.
* Before you
start Prepare.
1. Have your Iqama number ready.
2. Install CST and Nafath apps on
your phone.
3. Make sure your phone can receive SMS (for the 4-digit
verification).
Step 1 - Download the CST App From Play Store/App Store.
1. Open the CST Application on your phone.
2. Now it will for some permissions, you have to allow them.
Step 2 - Select your language English/arabic
1. Tap Language and select English (optional,
if you prefer English).
Step 3 - Start “Login using National Unified Access”
1. Enter your Iqama number and tap the arrow
icon / continue button.
2. Now you will see a number on the screen note the number shown
on the screen (you will use it shortly).
Step 4 - Open Nafath app
1. You can also open it directly
from the CST app by clicking “Open Nafath Application,”
or you can go back and open it manually.
2. If you forgot your Nafath password, log out and reset it to
create a new password.
Step 5 - Accept the approval in
Nafath
1. In Nafath, tap Accept on the approval prompt.
2. Now, enter the number that was shown on CST (for
example, 60 45).
3. Enter your Nafath password and confirm.
4. Wait until Nafath shows the login is accepted.
Step 6 - Return to CST Application.
1. Now go back and open the CST
application again.
Step 7 - Enter email id and phone number
1. Enter a valid email address and re-enter it to
confirm.
2. Enter your mobile number (start with 05).
3. Then click on the “Save”
option.
Step 8 - Verify with SMS code
1. You will receive a 4-digit verification code via
SMS.
2. Copy/paste or type that 4-digit code into CST.
3. Tap Continue and wait for the page to load.
Step 9 - View SIMs on your Iqama
1. Now you can see how many numbers
are issued under your Iqama.
2. You’ll see each number and whether it is prepaid, postpaid,
or labelled for voice/data/fixed.
3. Tap the arrow/expand icon to view more details for each number.
Step 10 - Confirm and record
1. Note how many SIMs are listed and the numbers themselves.
2. If everything matches your possession, no further action is
required.
If you find unknown/extra SIMs
1. Contact the telecom operator immediately and request
deactivation of the unknown SIM(s).
2. File a complaint with the relevant Saudi authority or regulator
(and keep records).
3. Inform your employer if required.
4. Change your Nafath password and other related account
credentials.

* Never share verification codes with anyone.
* Check your registered SIMs regularly (monthly) to spot
unauthorized registrations early.
