1. Customer Care Number
- Dial 900 to connect with ZAIN customer care.
- If this number does not work, you can call 059 100 0100 (Note: This is chargeable).
2. Balance Check
- Dial *114# and press the call button.
- Your current balance will appear on the screen.

- Dial *405# and press the call button.
- Your remaining internet data will be shown.
4. Recharge
- Dial *141* then enter the coupon number, and then press #.

- Your SIM number will be displayed on the screen.
6. Send
“Please Call Me” Message

- The person will receive a “Please call me” message.

3 times a day. After that, charges will apply.
7. Mobile Balance Transfer
- Open SMS and type:

- Send this SMS to 270.
- Minimum transfer: 10 SAR, Maximum: 50 SAR.
