1. Customer Care Number

  • Dial 900 to connect with ZAIN customer care.
  • If this number does not work, you can call 059 100 0100 (Note: This is chargeable).


2. Balance Check

  • Dial *114# and press the call button.
  • Your current balance will appear on the screen.


3. Internet Data Check

  • Dial *405# and press the call button.
  • Your remaining internet data will be shown.


4. Recharge

  • Dial *141* then enter the coupon number, and then press #.
  • Example: *141*123456789#
  • Your SIM will be recharged successfully.


5. Know Your Mobile Number

  • If you don’t know your own number, just dial *150#.
  • Your SIM number will be displayed on the screen.


6. Send “Please Call Me” Message

  • Dial *123*Mobile Number#
  • Example: *123*0501234567#
  • The person will receive a “Please call me” message.

Note: This service is free only 3 times a day. After that, charges will apply.


7. Mobile Balance Transfer

  • Open SMS and type:
  • BT (space) Mobile Number (space) Amount

  • Send this SMS to 270.
  • Minimum transfer: 10 SAR, Maximum: 50 SAR.
