How to Update Iqama in Al Rajhi Bank Mobile App (Step by Step)

If your Iqama has been renewed, it is very important to update it in the Al Rajhi Bank mobile application.
If you do not update your Iqama, your bank account may be frozen, and you may not be able to make transactions.

Follow the steps below to update your Iqama easily:

Step 1: Open Al Rajhi Bank App

Open the Al Rajhi Bank mobile application on your phone.

Step 2: Login to Your Account

Enter your password and log in to your account.

Step 3: Open Profile Section

After login, tap on the Profile icon at the top of the screen.

Step 4: Select “Update Information”

Scroll down and click on Update Information.

Step 5: Choose “Update ID”

You will see different options like:

• Update Financial Information (KYC)
• Update Employment Information
• Update ID

Tap on Update ID.

Step 6: Check Iqama Expiry Date

Your current Iqama expiry date will be shown on the screen.

Step 7: Tap on “Update”

If your Iqama is already renewed, click on the Update button at the bottom.

Step 8: Confirm Updated Expiry Date

After a few seconds, the new Iqama expiry date will appear on the screen.
The Update button will disappear, which means your Iqama has been successfully updated.
